As a visionary who loves to stay ahead of time and knowledge helped him lead his teams in digital marketing and technological enhancements, when these were new to Indian businesses. In the vast field of real estate marketing, he has gathered extensive experience in conceptualization of affordable, luxury, township, commercial and mixed-use developments. Credited for crafting some of the excellent consumer driven marketing strategies, Prashin has handled some key marketing campaigns and project launches across categories in micro markets of Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, NCR, Bangalore and international markets such as Maldives and Colombo.

With a strong functional competency and innovations right from conceptualization to execution, Prashin has helped build brands from scratch. With company growth and vision in mind, he has established strategic tie-ups and has been involved with development, product and pricing strategy too. He has been instrumental in the formulation & implementation of innovative marketing strategies in order to secure a competitive edge in the market place. He is actively involved in other aspects like sales, channel engagement, business development, design and customer relationship management.
